CONDITIONS: Approval of access by the Spokane County Engineer's Office and State Highway Department. B. REASONS: 1. The Planning Commfssion has been approving R,esidential Office applications on Airgonne Road and fihe couplet between Trent and Sprague Avenues. The Planning Commission notes that Residentiai Office zoning was approved at Cataldo and Argonne in 1968 and at Knox and Argonne f n 1971. 2.
