Gentlemen:
This letter is being written as a Memorandum of Understanding in order to
finalize ZE-38-73, which provided for a change from R-1 to R-2 in Blocks 17 and 18
of Hillview Estates.
As you know, among the conditions of approval of the zone change was the
requirement that a 5 to 6 foot high residential type fence be built along the 32nd
Avenue lot lines. In discussions with Mr, joe Ward, we have agreed upon the type
of fence; namely, a 5-foot high chain link fence, cement anchored with stained
wooden slats.
As to schedule of installation, I propose the following: The fence is to be
installed completely within each block within thirty (30) days of commencement of
construction within each block. Building permits will be issued for up to four duplexes
within each block upon passage of the zoning resolution by the Board of County Com-
missioners.(If this memorandum is satisfactory, the zoning resolution may be signed
at the Board.'s next regular meeting.) No further building permits will be issued until
installation of the fence is completed within each block.
If the above is satisfactory, please endorse below.

Dear Mr. Huggins:
The above noted property has been sold and the purchasers
are anxious to start building, however, building permits
cannot be secured to build duplexes.
Some questions have arisen as to the time schedule and tvpe
of improvenents agreed upon.
A. Five (5) foot link fence anchored in cement, with
stain wooden slats, will be i.nstalled on the back lot line
on each of Blocks 17 & 18 in Hillview Estates.
B. The fence will be installed and completed within
30 da,ps after construction has begun on anv given lot in
each block. Installation will be on a block bv block basis.
C. Two fire hydrants are required and one has alreadv
been installed on the west end of this propertv. The other
will be installed in Block 17 again within 30 days after
construction has started.
