Should a use permit be issued for the above said R/W it is our understanding that only replacement drainfields would be allowed by Health Department Regulations. At such time that the County desires to improve 3rd Avenue, the minimum off street parking requirement xould no longer be met. Siace this could happen in the not to distant future it would be necessary to include at least the minimum requirement of off street parking spaces outside the use permit area.
