A. Reasons: 1. Preliminary plat approval was granted by the Planninq Commissaton on May 29, 1969, subject to conditions recommended by the Planning Commission staff. Conditions: 1. That the plat be redesigned as indicated on the preliminary plat o:f record to fncrease the area and/or improve the shape of those lots indicated to make them moce compatible with the other lots in the r plat and to provide more usable mobile home sites after building setbacks have been met. 2. That a statement be placed in the dedication to the effect that lm~s shall not have direct access to Barker Road. 3. That a statement be placed in the dedication to the effect that no more than one mobile home unit be placed on any one lot, nor shall any lot be further subdivided for the purposes of creating additional lots or building sites without filinq a replat. 4. That the plat provfde a 601-0" riqht of way width for streets, with a minimum radius at street corners of 20'-0", and that McMillan Road extended to the River as shown on the preliminary plat be indicated as a walkway only (assuming the concurrence of the I.E.P.
