Dear Mr. Taggart:
JAMES L. MANSON, DIRECTOR
Our district inspector reports that a swimming pool exists at the
above-mentioned property without the proper fence. County code
requires that all residential swimming pools have a four (4) foot
fence surrounding the area in which they are located.
You are hereby instructed to IMMEDIATELY DRAIN THE POOL, OR
CONSTRUCT THE PROPER FENCE around the swimming pool, this office
has been advised that at present there is approximately 4 feet of
water in the swimming pool which does present a threat to the
safety of the public.
We will schedule a reinspection in ten (10) days to verify
compliance.
Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact me
between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., weekdays.
