Dear Mr. Turner:
We are planning to construct a new office building on the northeast-Earner
of Pines and Mansfield in the Spokane Valley. -
At our Zone Change your office requested an additional 20' wide strip east
of Pines plus a 50' R. O. W. for Mansfield east of P,ines be deeded to
Spokane County for future road development.
The deeding of these two parcels meets with our approval and our attorney
is presently proceeding with the deed to the 20' strip along Pines. The deed ,
to the 50' R. O. W. for Mansfield will take some time as it must be surveyed
for alignment with Mansfield west of Pines.
We have a time problem in occupying our new building; our purpose in
writing this letter is to ask for permission to complete the zone change
which will allow us to get a building permit and proceed with construction.
We do agree to deed the two parcels of property mentioned above to Spokane
County as soon as the surveying and legal work is completed.

A. Reasons ;

2. The Planning Commission finds that the topography of the subject
property and the rock outcroppings of the area requires the review
and written approval by the County Health Department of a
sanitary sewer system to serve the entire property in question.
3. The location of Pines Road to the subject property requires that an
additional twenty (20) feet of the property in question be dedicav~d
for road widening purposes in accordance with the County tirteriai
Plan and, further, that the location of any access points to the
subject property have written approval by the Spokane County
Engineer's Office.
