A. Reasons;
1. The applicant has submitted a prelimfnary plat (PE-688-68)
designed for mobile homes. Surroundfng property fs compatible
to the proposed development as River Rose Trailer Court exists
several hundred feet to the south and a KOA Campground facility
to the north. Across the street is located one single family
residence and open farm land.
2. The proposed development would be in keeping with the developing
