The following is the title and summary of Ordinance No. 15-016 passed by the Spokane Valley City Council
on the 13th day of October,2015:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, SPOKANE COUNTY,
WASHINGTON, LEVYING THE REGULAR PROPERTY TAXES FOR THE CITY OF
SPOKANE VALLEY,WASHINGTON FOR THE YEAR COMMENCING JANUARY 1,2016,
TO PROVIDE REVENUE FOR CITY SERVICES AS SET FORTH IN THE CITY BUDGET,
AND OTHER MATTERS RELATING THERETO.
Section 1 states that the dollar amount of the increase over the actual levy amount from the previous year
shall be $0.00, which is a percentage increase of 0.0%; and that this is exclusive of additional revenue
resulting from new construction. Section 2 states that a copy of the budget adopted, together with a copy
of this ordinance, shall be transmitted by the City Clerk to the Division of Municipal Corporations in the
Office of the State Auditor,and to the Association of Washington Cities.The full text of Ordinance 15-016

request to the City Clerk.
