ZE-15-63 SPOKANE COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION M E M O RA N D U M March 12, 1973 TO: File - ZE-15-63, Agricultural to Multiple Family Suburban: Wyatt & Groesbeck FROM: john D. Konen, Zonfng Administrator SUBJECT: Termination of ZE-15-63, Agricultural to Multiple Family Suburban - Section 15-25-44. On May 31, 1963, the Spokane County Planning Commissfon approved, subject to conditions, a zone change request for an office building on the southeast corner of Pine s Road and Broadway Aven ue . The conditions of approval required submittal of a parking and access plan to be approved by the State Highway Department and the Spokane County Engineer. Such plan was not submitted; therefore, the appropriate zone change resolutfon was not foYwarded to the Board of County Commissioners for final approval. On March 9, 1973, an application for Resfdential Office zoning for the same property was approved by the Spokane County Planning Commission. (See ZE-13-73 , Agricultural Suburban to Residential Office - Wold; Sectfon 15, Township 25 N., Range 44, E.W.M.) Because the earlfer applfcants apparently have no further interest in the project and because a newer and more approprfate application has been approved by the Spokane County Planning Commfssion for the site, the Zoning Administrator has determ3.ned that File ZE-15-63 has been superseded by File ZE-13-73. Therefore, ZE-15-63 - Agricultural Suburban to Multiple Family Suburban is closed and removed from consideration by the Board of County Commissioners. JOHN D.
