Mallon Avenue Spokane Valley, WA 99216 Re: Building Permit for detached shop Dear Mr. Wert, I am writing as a follow up to our conversation today in the Permit Center regarding the proposed Boundary Line Adjustment (BLA) and construction of a detached shop on your property located at 14402 E. Mallon Avenue. After reviewing your proposed BLA (new property line to be located approximately 20' north of the existing detached structure located on parcel 45142.9045), I see no obstacles to you obtaining a building permit for the detached shop after the BLA is approved. In the event that you apply for a building permit prior to the approval of the BLA, the owner of parcel 45142.9045 will need to be named on the building permit application and permission given for you to obtain a permit for a parcel you do not own.
