You are ordered to perform the following described work upon receipt of an approved copy of this change order
7°his change order reflects the price negotiated between the City and Cameron Contracting, Inc. for
the overate in landscape restorl.tion. The Original bid quantity was paid at original bid cast and the
overage consisting of 438 square yards was negotiated with Cameron Contracting, Inc. Attached are
bid costs from similar pmjeets with similar quantifies from Spokane County and WSD01' projects.
These figures were used to adjust the cost of the added ~+rork.
Payment will be as follows:
Pa}~ment will be at the square yard price of $14.9195 ~ 438 = $6,534.76.
JUS"I'1FICATIOi'r': The quantities for the project did not include the landscape restoration along 24'~
Avenue along the back of the sidewalk resulting in added work and bid quantity.
All work materials arld measurements to be in accordance with the provisions of the standard specircations and
special prcyvisions fcir the type of construction
