Spokane, Washington Re: ZE-44-71, Agricultural to Local Business Broadway and Park Dear Mro Tombari: This letter will confirm our conversation of August 7, 1972, regarding a zone change application for Blocks 1, 2 and 8, Dundee Addition. In December 1961, the Planning Commission approved Local Business zoning for a proposed office building for Block 1, Dundee Addition, subject to the submittal of a"Traffic and Development Plan" for the property and subsequent approval by the County engineer and Director of Plannfng. The Commission gave no consideration for the balance of the application. In order to have the zoning map for Block 1 changed, it will be necessary to submit the requested plan for approval. Mr. Huggins should be back in the office next week if you wish to take the matter up with him. Our office has been systematically reviewing our files to finalize the Commission's zoning actions. If you feel that it is not feasible to consumate the zone change request withYn the next few months, we would request that the application be withdrawn.
