As- builts shall be submitted by email (to swallace@spokanevalley.org), by Fax (509-921-1008) or by dropping off at the Permit Center. * * All pavement cuts within the City of Spokane Valley right-of-way shall comply with the current adopted Inland Northwest Regional Pavement Cut Policy, or as amended. * All pavement repairs shall be inspected by the City's ROW inspector, Scott Wallace (mobile: 509-869-5373).
