Gentlemen:
, This is our request for a special peimit for use of the above described
property for the procurement and the crushing of gravel and the stackpiling
of same. The property in question ia ten acres in size. We have read and are
in possession of the manufacturing zone regulations and the restrictions there-
in. We agree to abide by all the reatrictions as set forth in Article 4.12.070.
We plan to utilize five of the ten available areas for crushing purposes
in the next six or seven years. Thia would create an excavation of approxd- ~
mately 350,000 cubic yards. The front balf of the property most probably will
not be disturbed, leaving the frontage, approxi,mately five acres parallel to
Sullivan Raad at its present elevation.
It is planned to make the area excavatcd for gravel available to Inland
Asphalt Campany as a fill area. The fill material would be zarth, dirt and rock
exr-avations from County streets and areas in the Yalley which require excavation
before gravel and paving can be accamplished. This vould result in a restored
level of the property to its present level. On th.is fill or the back five acres
we would plan to construct varehouses while the front area Would be available
for a service station, store, restaurant or buildings of this sort.
The accampanping plan will shrn,r the areas as described. .
