Residence location, 13200 E. Nora, garage/shop located at 1612 N. Mamer.

Residence:
I. Maintain all existing bearing point on new foundation. Maintain all post supports
on both front and back covered porches. Maintain all interior bearing beam
supports. (New foundation sized for a two-story house.)
2. Extend handrail on stairwell to the bottom of the stairs and return the ends of the
rail to the wall.
3. One proper egress window will be required in each sleeping room. This window
shall meet all of the following requirements. Maximum sill height of 44";
openable area of 5.7 square feet; minimum openable width of 20"; and a
minimum openable height of 24".
4. install smoke detectors in each sleeping room and on each level of the house.
5 Insulate the attic space to an R-38. Insulate the floor joists to an R-30 if installing
the home on a crawl space. Insulate any exposed exterior walls.
6. Provide a crawl space access large enough to remove the water heater, if the water
heater is located in the crawl space.
7. All water and drain lines to be tested for leaks after the house in on its new
foundation.
8. Replace all joists and or sill plates that show signs of dry rot.

interior posts.
