line on which fence is to be installed. Contractor not liable for damage to
underground obstructions, such as, but not limited to sprinkler lines and private
utility lines. Repairs on sprinklers will be billed at time and materials.
Collateral: The customer hereby grants a security interest in the above
described property (herein called the "collateral") to Moran Fence, Inc.
to secure payment of the contract price. If the customer defaults, Moran
Fence, Inc. is hereby authorized to enter the customer's premises and to
take possession of the collateral without notice or demand and without
legal proceedings. If legal proceedings are necessary the customer
agrees to pay all costs and expenses of suit including reasonable attomey
fees incurred by Moran Fences, Inc.
Moran Fence will not be responsible for vandalism.
