Dear Ms. Hoy:
As a result of a November 26, 2001 inspection by our office it has been determined that the proposed
12 X 32 garage addition cannot be constructed as proposed. Accordingly, we are suspending the
permit for 30 days to provide you an opportunity to review your options. If action is not taken to reuse
the proposal such that it is consistent with adopted regulations the permit will be revoked and a new
permit will be required prior to commencing any work.
