Western Tube & Conduit's Super 40 tubing is built for strength and durability It uses heavy gage
steel welded into tube form as its structural base, and then has several layers of coatiaigs that protect
against corrosiein. The outside first receives a layer of high purity zinc which server to prowl
the steel On top of that a chromium coy:version Coating IS applied to give the zinc a significant
improvement in oxidation resistance. Finally, a clear organic polymer coating is applied to seal
the entire tube and prevent air and water from being able to corrode the metals. On the inside
there is a coating which Is very high in zinc content and also provides an organic binder to seal
the surface. These both prevent corrosion, and the result is that our Super 40 fence tube provides
enough corrosion resistance to satisfy the toughest specifications and requirements.
