Nature of the change: The agreement is modified as follows:
Item 1: Article 20: Scope of Work, Section B: Basis of Compensation, Subsection 3: Reimbursable
Expenses: Add the following item as an Additional Reimbursable Expense:
• Electrical plan review by the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries
required for any building containing educational facilities.
The changes result in the following adjustment of the agreement price and time:
