The projected industrial area is ideally situated between two railroad

Iaterstate 50 via Barker i~oad. Utility systems will improve as the area
develops.
The Planniny Lommission, tnerefore, concludes that an an environmental
iriipact statemeat is aot required for evaluation of the project.
