I am writing you in confirmation of our plans regarding the con-
, version of the house at E. 13407 Sprague Avenue for our Valley office. I

It is our understanding that you require, and we are certainly
prepared to provide, landscapi ng i n the setback area abutti ng Sprague
Avenue. The actual design of this landscaping area has not been done
~ as yet and it would be our plan to use one of the major nurseries to plan
~ and plant this area. Nothing, of course, can be done until Spring,
~We are also cognizant of the sign ordinance for this type of building and anticipate that the sign wil) conform to your resident
office zoning. We would, however, like to reserve the right to ask
for a variance for a sign if we decide to do so. '
