The following is the title and summary of Ordinance No. 15-019 passed by the Spokane Valley City Council
on the 10`x'day of November 2015:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, SPOKANE COUNTY, WASHINGTON,
ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR THE PERIOD JANUARY 1, 2016 THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2016;
APPROPRIATING FUNDS; ESTABLISHING SALARY SCHEDULES FOR ESTABLISHED
POSITIONS; AND OTHER MATTERS RELATING THERETO.
Section 1 states the final budget for 2016 is attached to this ordinance and incorporated herein, and for
summary purposes sets forth estimated appropriations for each separate fund, plus the aggregate total for
all such funds. Section 2 directs the City Clerk to send a complete copy of the budget and ordinance to the
Division of Municipal Corporations in the Office of the State Auditor,and to the Association of Washington
Cities. Section 3 addresses severability, and Section 4 provides that the ordinance shall be effective five
days after the date of publication of this summary.
