Notes: The drawing submitted with this permit application does not
represent the actual conditions in the field for this approach. Submit
revised drawing. The contractor listed on the permit, John Mercer, stated
that he had no knowledge of this approach. I have tried to contact the
building owner, Doug Thompson, and have been unsuccessful. Residential
approaches can not exceed 30 feet in width and edge of approach is to be 7.5
feet from the property line at R/W.
