Such standards also restrict noise , glare, and discharge of industrial waste which may be offensive to re sidantial properties in the vicinity. The projected industrial area is ideally situated between two railroad systems and has axcallent access to Trent Avenue via Flora Road and to Interstate 90 via Barker Road. Utility systems will improve as the area develops. The Commission, tllerefore, concludes that an environmental imp3ct statemo-nt is not rzquired for evaluation of the project. 1D.
