I am sending this d4rclaimer at the request of Craig Condron. My standard wall
sections spec fy two # 4 rellar horizontal in the footings. These are not required and are
shown merely as a suggestion since 1 draw a large number of high end custom homes. 1
have since omitted the rebar in all of the plans for Condron Construction however there
are apparently a few sets still out specifying the rebar. Since the rebar is not required,
they may omit it without any consequences to the structural integrity of the home. 1 hope
that this will clear up this 4nd any future controversies.
The house is located at g 1011 Marigold. I don't have a permit number available
at this time. Please feelfrce to call me if necessary.
