feasibility of changing the existing Multiple Family Suburban Zone to a more
restrictive residential classification.
1,. Reasons:
1. The propertv in question is located on a street where single
familv residences predominate except for one apartmenfi uni~:
located on the north side of East 4th A-venue and except a nursing
home located on the southwest corner of University and 4th Ave-
nue. The Planning Commission takes the position that the
Multiple Family Suburban zoning should not extend eouth of
East 4th Avenue because of the "interior" neicThborhood positiOn
of pronerties on the south sido 4th
