Thia would call for 60 parking spaces under the Zoning Ordinance, assuming that the floor space were dsvated to refail sales or service establishmenta. The architect has not indicated how such spaces would be provided. The butldinQ as shown would, there- fore, meet ZoninQ Ordinsnce requirements provided that a total of 60 off- street parking sgaaes can be provided.
