1. The final plat of Hatherly's Subdivision (a moUile nome plat) was
filed in 1963 as containing lots with forty (40) foot frontages :-Ind
lot depths ranging from sixty-six (66) feet to one hundred four-
(104) feet. Lot sizes would, therefore, ranqe from 2,900 sq.lt,
to 4,160 sq.ft. Since the plat has been filed, five mobile homes
have located and are presently occupying lots within the plat.
2. Dedication covenants on the plat restrict development of the io-L:3
to mobile homes, and also provide
minimum units of two adjacent lots.
