The property has been developed as a trailer court, and the Multiple FamiIy Suburban zonfng would bring the court in ].ine with the proper zone classification as it is naw zoned Restr.lc#ed Industrial. The Planning Commission notes that the exf sting trailer court abuts industriai development fronting on Dishman- Mica Road and residentfal development to the east. 2. Trailer Courts are not now permitted in the Restricted Industrial Zone; however, they were permitted prior to February 13, 1963.
