Dear Mr. and Mrs. Watkins
JAMES L. MANSON, DIRECTOR
A recheck of our records indicates that no arrangements have been
made to correct the situation; i.e., no final inspection as required
by Section 305(d) of the Uniform Building Code, on the wood stove
located at East 17915 Maxwell, permit number 83A-8916.
As stated previously, a final inspection and approval are required
prior to occupancy.
Since the ten day time frame that was established has lapsed without
contact, we must require that notification be received by this office
as to the time frame needed to resolve this matter within ten days of
your receipt of this letter, or this entire matter will be forwarded
to the Spokane County Prosecuting Attorney's Office for appropriate.

number 83A-8916. Section 305(a) of the Uniform Mechanical Code
specifically states "When the installation of a mechanical system is
complete, an additional and final inspection shall be made". We
therefore request that you contact us within ten (10) days from your
receipt of this letter so that we may do so.
