SCOTT, DIRECTOR July 12, 1990 Mr. Mike Palmer North 4712 Mayhew Road Spokane, Washington 99216 Certified P-477 261 569 RE: Unsafe Building/Conditions - North 4712 Mayhew Road Dear Mr Palmer: This letter is in regards to reports received by this office concerning the unsafe conditions of a building on your property located at the above -referenced address, Spokane County parcel number 03541-3403. A recent on-site inspection found that these conditions are a potential hazard to safety, health and public welfare. The requirements of Section 11.412 of the Uniform Fire Codes stipulates that, "Every person owning or in charge or control of any vacant building shall remove there from all accumulation of flammable or combustible waste or rubbish and shall securely lock, barricade or otherwise secure all doors, windows and other openings thereof." Accordingly, we are requiring immediate corrective action to secure the building and remove any debris or rubbish. A reinspection will be conducted within ten (10) days of the date of receipt of this notice in order to verify this action has been taken. Further, the building has been posted with "Do Not Enter -Unsafe to Occupy" notices which shall remain posted until such time as the above -noted items are corrected.
