Re: Sewage Permit 88--0273 for N. 5219 Mayhew
Dear Judy Misterek:
Your August 16, 1991, letter to us indicates the sewage system we approved in
July, 1988, has never been used. Apparently, you have not yet set up a
mobile home on the property for your dependent son. Please disregard our
August 12, 1991, renewable permit notice and accompanying operational status
report., until such time as the system has been operating for a period of three
years.
In response to your question, you dc not need to renew the sewage permit
application in order to use the sewage system at a later time. When you get
ready to place a mobile horne on the property, you will need to obtain a land
use permit from the Spokane County Department of Buildings.
If you have any questions, please contact our department at 456-6040.
Sincerely,
ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DIVISION
