The following is the title and summary of Ordinance No. 15-021 passed by the Spokane Valley City Council
on the 18`''day of November 2015:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, SPOKANE COUNTY, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING CHAPTER 2.65 SPOKANE VALLEY MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO
ESTABLISHMENT AND USE OF CREDIT ACCOUNTS; AND OTHER MATTERS RELATING
THERETO.
Section 1 states that the intent of this ordinance is to amend chapter 2.65 SVMC(Spokane Valley Municipal
Code)relating to credit cards and credit accounts, and Section 2 amends 2.65 as per the intent.
