We, the undersigned property owners within the 400 foot radius of
the property described above object to this zoning change for the
following reasons
1 Construction of multi-family dwellings would infringe on
the residential privacy of the existing homes.
2. It will create traffic and parking problems
3 It will necessitate an open lagoon sewage system, thus
creating a public nuisance
