CTR -1 A through CTR -4A. Enclosures must have at least one long wall and one additional wall with openings equal to at least 65 percent of the area below a minimum 6 feet 8 inches (2032 mm) of each wall measured from the floor. The required openings may be enclosed with insert or readily removable translucent or transparent plastic not more than 0.125 inch (3.2 mm) thick. As an alternative, glass may installed in wall areas required to be open by Section 3116 of Appendix Chapter 31, Division III, of the code, provided it is readily removable, 0.125 -inch -thick (3.2 mm) tempered glass installed in accordance with drawing CTR -3A and general Note 8 on drawing CTR -1A. 22 Identification: To each structure is attached an identification tag which bears the compa- ny name (C-Thru Industries, Inc.), the design loads, and the ICBO ES eval- uation report number (ER -4383P). The glass is labeled in accordance with Section 2402 of the code. Glass used in hazardous locations, as defined in Section 2406.4 of the code, is labeled in accordance with Section 2406.2. 3.0 EVIDENCE SUBMITTED Calculations, plans and data in accordance with the ICBO ES Acceptance Criteria for Sloped Glass Glazing in Solariums, Patio Covers and Prefabri- cated Skylights (AC17), dated April 1991. 4.0 FINDINGS That the C-Thru Glass Enclosure complies with Division 111 of Appen- dix Chapter 31 of the 1994 Uniform Building Code'", subject to the following conditions: 4.1 Installation complies with the attached plans and the manufacturer's instructions. All of the attached plans bear a date of March 1996, except for drawing CTR -3A which is dated August 1996. 4.2 Design loads are limited to those shown in the plans. 4.3 Installation is limited to areas subject to basic wind speeds of 70, 80 and 90 miles per hour (112,129, and 145 km/h) as shown in the plans. 4.4 Installation is by Installers acceptable to C-Thru Industries, Inc. 1996 Accumulative Supplement: This report is unaffected by the supplement. This report is subject to re-examination in two years.
