2003, 09-26 Setback EmailKevin Myre From: Kevin Myre Sent: Friday, September 26, 2003 8:34 AM To: Kevin Snyder Cc: Tom Scholtens Subject: RE: Setback letter Page 1 of 2 Thanks for your quick response to this setback issue. The property line at this address could not be located. That is why I measured from the center of the street to the new building line. I hope the 3 foot difference from 55' to 52' measured from the center of the street meets with your approval. Melissa to be measured 25 feet inward from the property line. For the record, I talked with Tom Scholtens, Building Official, regarding this determination and he concurred. Kevin H. The address is 3303 S. Melissa — it was the one where they showed a 33' front setback on their front property line but apparently were measuring from where the grass met the street, not an actual property line. We said they could do it, but Kevin only measured 52' from the center of the roadway and that is making him nervous. Now I'm rethinking it as well. What are your thoughts?
