15-136.00 AM Landshaper: Discovery Playground Shade Structure CONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT AM Landshaper,Inc. THIS CONSTRUCTIONAGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is made by and between the City of Spokane Valley, a code City of the State of Washington("City")and AM Landshaper, Inc., ("Contractor") jointly referred to as the"Parties". Liquidated damages may be retained by City and deducted from payments otherwise due to the Contractor. 4. Compensation. In consideration of Contractor performing the Work, City agrees to pay Contractor in accordance with the Contract Documents the sum of $12,500.00, plus Washington State Sales Tax of $1,087.50,for a total of$13,587.50,based on the Base Bid submitted by Contractor(Exhibit B),and as may be adjusted in accordance with the Contract Documents.
