Our file reflects that you were informed of the alleged violation in a letter, dated April 28, 1980 from Mr. Jim A. Maines, Senior Building Technician for the Spokane County Building Codes Department. Mr. Haines' letter requested that you make arrangements for a final inspection of the single family residence located at South 1421 Mica Park Drive, Spokane, WA. As of this date, our file reflects that you have failed to take any action in arranging for a final inspection of the single family resi- dence. Your alleged failure to do so is a violation of the Uniform Building Codes provisions. Please be advised that a violation of the Uniform Building Code provision is a misdemeanor, and upon convic- tion thereof shall be subject to a fine of not more than $500.00 or by imprisonment in the County jail for not more than 90 days or by both fine and imprisonment.
