Agenda - November, 1976
Dear Sir:
This office is in receipt of the agenda of your November 12, 1976 Planning
Commission meeting and would comment on the following items:
ZE 111-76
This office would advise the applicant of the potential operation problems
that could develop at the intersection of Pines Ro ad (Sign Route 27) and the
west approach of Main Avenue onto Pines Road. Due to the restricted sight
distance, the adverae vertical alignment of both Pines and Main, and the
narrow roadway section of Main at its west approach to Pines Road, if a major
traffic generator ia located west of Pines Road on Main Avenue, the access onto
Main may have to be restricted to right turn movement, only, onto and off of
Ma.in Avenue by physical channelization of Pines Road and Main Avenue.
y trulq yours,
u~
