REALTY
De ar Re sident: June 8, 1979
I am writing this letter to inform you of a proposed
zone change for approximately 2.2 acres of land at East
7711 and 7723 Broadway Avenue. I am purchasing this pro-
perty from Walt and Helen Engel and will be requesting a
zone change from agricultural to Residential-Office.
It is my opinion that thia is the best use for the
land, considering ~he enormous amount of traff ic on Broad-
way Avenue and the present non-agricultural uses to the
south, west and east.
I am asking that you attend an informal meeting at
Village Square Realty, East 9212 Montgomery, Suite #101,
Spokane, Washington, on June 14, 1979 at 7:00 p.m. to
discuss the proposed zone change. This will be the time
to air your views and to have your ideas incorporated in
the land use for your neighborhood.
If you are unable to attend said meeting, just drop me _
a letter outlining your ideas for the propertyo
Very truly yours,
Robert A. Bonuccelli
