INTRODUCTION This matter having come before the Examiner Committee on August 1,6 , _ 1979, and the member-s of the Committee p,resent being Kenneth Kennedy, Chairman, Abby Byrne and John Culler and Lhere being the following persons present who wish to request approval of a Zone Change; Donald R. Johnston, representing property owners, for a Zone Reciassification, Agricultura`1 Suburban to Residential Office for the purpose of an Office . B. FINUIN'GS OF FACT 1. That the existing land use in the area is _generally residential . 2. That the Camp'rehensive Plan designates this area as appropriate for residential development. 3.
