Drywells not observed shall have their performance verified by a full-scale drywell test (SRSM Chapter 4). * Forty-eight (48) hours prior to construction (onsite and/or within the right-of-way), securely post a construction warning sign at each ingress to the project area that is clearly visible from the right-of-way.
