RIVERWAY PROJECT
NARRATIVE
Summary: RIVERWAY PROJECT is a proposed five (5) lot short plat
development in the City of Spokane Valley, Washington. This project is located
at the northwest corner of Montgomery Avenue, and Riverway Road.
Water: Domestic and irrigation water for this development will be provided by
the Consolidated Water District, who has reviewed and approved this plan set.
Sanitary Sewer: Sanitary Sewer for this development will be provided by Spokane County Regional
Sewer/Spokane County Division of Utilities; who has reviewed and approved this plan set.
Stormwater: The stormwater from Montgomery Avenue and Riverway Road will drain to typical
roadside swales per the City of Spokane Valley typical sections provided on the attached plan set. The
individual onsite stormwater management requirements will be determined during the development of
each individual lot.

Utilities: Avista will serve this development with power and natural gas. CenturyLink will serve this
development with cable and telephone service. Both utility providers have reviewed, and approved this
plan.
Access: Each lot shall access the public right of way via a 16' wide; City of Spokane Valley approved
residential driveway approach.
