Any removal of top soil not in conformance with this section shall constitute a mining operation and shall require a Mining Zone. 14.810.060 Front and Flanking Street Yards Where any front or flanking street yard is required, no building shall be hereafter erected or altered so that any portion thereof shall be nearer to the front or flanking street property line than the distance indicated by the depth of the required front or flanking street yard. 1. Exceptions: a. Eaves, cornices, and similar ornamentations may project over a required front or flanking street yard not more than two (2) feet. b.
