NOTICE — ADDRESS CHANGE for Parcel #: 55071.0144 (Lot 1 of SHP-2014-0010)
Following the creation of Lot 1 through recording of SHP-2014-0010 on 1-13-15 with the County's
Auditor's Office, the address has been changed. In partnership with the Spokane Valley Fire
Department, our office has verified that in order to correctly identify the residence on this newly created
property, it is necessary to change the current address from 18123 East Montgomery Avenue to:
18211 EAST MONTGOMERY AVENUE
This change will become effective February 17, 2015. For emergency response purposes, it is
required to post this new address as soon as possible.
The international Fire Code (section 505.1) requires address numbers to be:
1. Placed in a position that is plainly legible and visible from the street fronting the property.
2. The numbers shall be a minimum of 4 inches in height, a half-inch stroke and of a
contrasting color to the background on which they are mounted.
The City of Spokane Valley Permit Center notifies the following agencies via email. It is encouraged to
verify each agency has made note of your new address.
