WHEREAS, The Spokane County Planning Commission did, after public hearfng on June 16, 1978, forward to the Board of County Commissioners a recommen- dation that the Zoning Map be changed from the existing Agricultural Suburban classification to fihe Residential Office classiffcation on property described as f ollows Lot 8, Block 1, Jones-Schaffer Subdivision of part of Tract 21, Opportunity in Section 17 , Township 25 N., Range 44, E. W. M., Spokane County, Wa shington. and, WHEREAS, The Board having conducted its own public hearing on August 17, 1978, at the request of Dorothy M.
