of Fact as well as the condirions stated in the Staff's findings, and that a
Final Declaration of Non-Significance be issued; with the additional condition
that a provision be made for screening and Iandscaping and that the use of
the Res tricted Indus trial zoning will be warehousing.(Two voted "Ye s"; two
