the Board that the Spokane County Planning Gommission has qiven due notice of the
hearinq on the matter in the manner and for the time pravided by laws; that said
?'lanning Commission has held a public hearing as required and that the said Plan-
ning Commission concurs in the plan to zone the following described property as:

Beginning 1797.5 feet E of southwest corner of Sy4` 1/4; thence E 150 ft;
thence N 722.5 ffi; th W 150 ft; thence S 722.5 ft to POB, except that
portion lying south of Spokane, CDA & Palouse RR right of way, and
except North 25 feet for county road right of way.
NOVr, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the above described property be, and the
same is zoned under the clas sifiCation of COMMERCLAL as defined in the 2onfnq
Ordinance of Spokane County, adopted August 25, 1953, as amended.
AND FURTHER BE IT RE80LVED that any development on the abQVe-described property
shall be subiect to *he fol.Iowi_ng condi-tions:
1) Ap;_-roval of ZE-3£-77 sha_1 be limited to the South 470 feet of the actvertised
property.
Access permits for the advertised propecty shall be obteined from the Spokane
CounCy Engfneer's office prior to release of huilding permits.

perimeter. Improvements shall include cement concrete sidewalk.

ENVIRONMENTAL CHECKLIST
Introduction: The State Environmental Policy Act of 1971, Chapter 43,21C, RCJV,
requires all sta[e and local governmental agencies to consider environmental values
both for their own actions and when licensing private proposals. The Act also requires
that an Environmental Impact Statement be prepared for all major actions significaiztly
(and "adversely", as per WAC 197-10) affecting the quality of the environment. The
purpose of this checklist is to help the agencies involved determine whether or not a
proposal is such a major action.
Please answer Che following questions as completely as you can with the information
presently available to you. Please answer questions as "yes" or "maybe" if, in your
opinion, even only slight impacts will result. The reviewers of the checklist will be
aware of and concern themselves with the deqree of impact, asking you for more informa-
tion, if necessary. Where explanations of your answers are required, or where you
believe an explanation would be helpful to government decision-makers, include your
explanation in the space provicied, or use additional pages, ff necessary. You should
include references to any reports or studies of which you are aware and which are
relevant to the answars you provide. Complete answers to these queseions now will
help all agencies involved with your proposal to undertake the required environmental
review without unnecessary delay.
