Condition #1 Discussions with the Engineer's Department indicate that access
permits would not be required as long as existing curb cuts are
being used and new ones are not installed.
Condition #1, The Engineers have indicated that these conditions will not be
4, and 6 required to be met until such time as application is made for a
building permit, be it a remodle or new construction. Marcia is
aware of this decision and seems to have no objection.
Condition #3 This condition will not have to be met until such time as future
development takes place.
Condition #5 As per our conversation, portions of the existing fence are less
than six feet in height. Storage areas have basically been con-
fined to the rear of the property, however, the occupant does
have problems with people dumping used appliances on his property,
particularly the front portion.
Condition #7 Mr. Centenari has discussed the matter of fire hydrants with Doug
Ryder of the Valley Fire Department, who indicated to him that
the existing fire hydrants on either side of the subject property
are sufficient.
Condition #7 Discussions in November with Dennis Kroll indicate that all is O.K.
with regards to the sewage disposal system unless something should
come up.

Introduction: The State Environmental Policy Act of 1971, Chapter 43.21C, RCW,
reqttires all state and local governmental agencies to consider environmental values
