INTRODUCTION This matter having come before the Examiner Committee on April 19, 1979, and the members of the Committee present being Ken Kennedy, Abby Byrne and John Culler and there being the following person present who wish to request approval of a Change in Conditions; Grant Groesbeck, for the puwpose of reconsidering changes in the plot plan and in the areas of Phase I and Phase II. B. FINDINGS OF FACT 1. That the existing land use in the area is residential. 2. That the Comprehensive Plan designates this area as appropriate for residential development. 3.
